ANALYTICS AND REPORTING

Numbers That Actually Tell You Something

Most businesses have analytics installed and almost none of them trust the data. Tracking was set up years ago by someone who left, conversions fire twice, and nobody is quite sure which channel produced last month’s sales. So decisions get made on gut feeling with a dashboard open for decoration.

We fix the tracking first, then build reporting that answers the questions you actually have. Which channel makes money. What a customer costs to acquire. Where people drop out. Then we sit down with you and explain what to do about it.

Do You Need Better Analytics?

If you cannot answer basic questions about your marketing with confidence, your data needs attention. These are the most common signs.

  • Your ad platforms, analytics and CRM all report different numbers for the same month.
  • Nobody can say for certain which channel produced your sales last month.
  • Phone calls, form fills or chat enquiries are not being tracked at all.
  • Reports arrive full of charts but never tell you what to do next.
  • You moved to Google Analytics 4 and have not fully trusted the numbers since.

What Is Included

  • Analytics Setup. Google Analytics 4 configured properly, with events and conversions that match how your business really works.
  • Tag Management. Google Tag Manager implementation so tracking can be updated without touching site code.
  • Conversion Tracking. Accurate measurement across ads, forms, calls, chats and ecommerce transactions.
  • Custom Dashboards. Live reporting in Looker Studio showing the numbers you care about in one place.
  • Attribution Modelling. Understanding how channels work together instead of giving all credit to the last click.
  • Ecommerce Tracking. Product level revenue reporting, cart behaviour and customer lifetime value.
  • Monthly Reporting. A written report plus a call where someone explains it and recommends next steps.
  • Data Auditing. Finding and fixing the double counting, missing tags and broken goals distorting your data.

The Tracking Problems We Find Most Often

Almost every account we audit has at least one of these issues quietly distorting decisions.

  • Duplicate Conversions. The same lead or sale counted twice, making campaigns look far better than they really are.
  • Missing Offline Conversions. Phone calls and in person sales that never make it back into the data.
  • Last Click Bias. All the credit given to the final touchpoint, so channels that start the journey get cut unfairly.
  • Messy Tag Setups. Old scripts, duplicate tags and undocumented changes that nobody wants to touch.

How We Work

No mystery, no black box. Here is exactly what working with us looks like.

What To Expect Once We Start

Fixing tracking comes first, because every report after that depends on it.

  • Weeks One And Two. A full tracking audit with a written summary of what is broken, missing or unreliable.
  • Weeks Three And Four. Tracking is rebuilt, conversions are verified and data starts flowing correctly.
  • Month Two. Dashboards go live, built around the metrics you agreed on, with clean data behind them.
  • Month Three Onwards. Monthly reviews turn the data into clear recommendations for budget, channels and priorities.

In our experience, most accounts have at least one significant issue. Duplicate conversions and untracked phone calls are the two we find constantly.

Especially then. Ad platforms optimise toward whatever you tell them is a conversion. If that signal is wrong, the platform will confidently spend your budget in the wrong direction.

Yes. We usually repair and extend an existing setup rather than starting over, unless it is beyond saving.

Usually we need access to Google Tag Manager and your analytics accounts. Most changes happen there, so access to your site code is often not needed. Where it is, we can work with your developer.

A standard setup is usually complete within two to four weeks. Larger ecommerce or multi platform setups can take longer, and we give you a clear timeline after the audit.

We configure consent banners, consent mode and data settings in line with the privacy regulations that apply to your audience. We still recommend a legal review for final compliance decisions.

Yes. Your Looker Studio dashboard is live and available whenever you want it, on desktop or phone. Monthly reviews explain what changed and why.

Attribution decides which marketing gets credit for a sale. Most customers touch several channels before buying, so looking only at the last click can lead you to cut the very channels that started the journey.
